Offering & Inclusions (Summary)

• Cape Town & Winelands itineraries (Airport • Hotels • CTICC • Private venues)
• Professional, NDA-ready chauffeurs (chauffeured bookings)
• Metro fuel & tolls included on day rates (overtime/out-of-area kms may apply)
• Door-to-door pickups and discreet drop-and-wait
• Registered tour guide available on request
• For self-drive: refundable security deposit & standard rental T&Cs

Inclusions can vary by service and date. The final inclusions/exclusions will be stated on your official quote and booking confirmation.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

• All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Certain vehicle classes may require a refundable security deposit.
• Quoted day rates indicate hours/kilometres included; overtime/out-of-area charges may apply.

2. Payments

• Payment (in full or deposit) confirms the reservation.
• Accepted methods: EFT and approved payment gateways.
• Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in cancellation.

3. Changes & Substitution

We may substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary (maintenance, safety, or operational reasons). We will inform you promptly and act reasonably.

4. Use of Vehicles

• Chauffeured bookings include a professional driver; self-drive requires valid licence and acceptance of rental T&Cs.
• No smoking, dangerous goods, or illegal activity permitted.
• Client is responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

5. Delays & Liability

We exercise due care but are not liable for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, incidents). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, subject to the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Conduct & Safety

We may refuse service if passenger behaviour risks safety. Seatbelts are mandatory. Child seats available on request (pre-booking required).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Venue: Cape Town, Western Cape.
