• Booking and itinerary details (pickup, timing, passengers, preferences).
• Billing information and proof of payment (we do not store card details).
• Communications via forms, email, WhatsApp or phone.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and manage bookings.
• To coordinate drivers/fleet and send confirmations.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.
• With consent, to send service updates or offers (opt-out anytime).

Consent; performance of a contract; legitimate interests in running a safe and efficient service; and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with trusted partners solely to fulfil your booking (chauffeurs, fleet partners, payment processors) and with regulators if required by law.

Data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems with encryption at rest and in transit. Retention follows legal/accounting requirements and operational need.
