Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellation Windows
- > 72 hours before service: Full refund less 5% admin fee.
- 24–72 hours before service: 50% refund.
- < 24 hours or No-show: No refund; full charge applies.
2. Deposits
Refundable security deposits are returned within 3–5 business days after trip completion/vehicle inspection, less any damages, cleaning, fines or overtime/out-of-area charges.
3. Service Interruptions
In the event of breakdown, severe weather or emergencies, we will provide a comparable replacement where possible or offer a partial/full refund at management’s discretion.
4. How to Cancel
Email bookings@jetsetterlc.com with your name, booking reference and date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing may take up to 7 business days.
5. Consumer Protection
This policy operates alongside the South African Consumer Protection Act and does not limit your statutory rights.
